List active webcams
Active webcams, ordered by name, with their latest captured image and the most recent report derived from each. A webcam with no capture yet has null image URLs.

A PNG map image showing all of a day's hexagons, colored by what was reported. Only these sizes are accepted: 1200x600, 1000x500, 800x400, 600x300, 400x200, 400x250 and 300x150. A day with no data returns a plain default-view image. Images are cached on the server for about 15 minutes, and repeat requests for a cached image do not count against the 20 per minute image limit (they still count toward the general 60 per minute limit). Rendering a new image is limited to **20 requests per minute** per client. Responses are publicly cacheable.
