Tahoma Tokens, benchmarks, and streaks
How reporting earns streaks, Tahoma Tokens, and mountain-themed benchmarks, plus the First-Out spotlight and community leaderboard.
Reporting is its own reward, but we won't stop you from collecting stuff.
These need a free account. They're about showing up for the mountain, not about turning it into a fitness tracker.
Streaks
Report on consecutive days to build a streak. Miss a day and it resets to zero. Your profile shows your current streak, and the community screen features the longest active streaks.
Tahoma Tokens
Tahoma Tokens are a points balance you earn by doing things: submitting reports, attaching photos, being the first Out of the day, and keeping a streak going (with bonuses at streak milestones). Photos are the biggest per-report reward. You can see your balance on your profile.
Benchmarks
Benchmarks are mountain-themed merit awards shown on your profile for hitting milestones. They're separate from tokens: tokens are a running balance, benchmarks are one-time awards. (You may see the older word "badges" in a few places. Same thing.)
First-Out of the day
The first accepted Out report each day gets recognized in the community spotlight, plus a token reward. Private or blocked accounts are shown anonymously.
The leaderboard
Top Watchers is the public leaderboard. To appear on it you need to be signed in, have a public profile, and have a username. Prefer privacy? Make your profile private and you're off the board. See anonymous vs. account.
If you delete your account
All of it goes away, permanently. See deleting your account.
